Uchiha Itachi

Itachi is the older brother of Uchiha Sasuke who annihilated the whole Uchiha clan when he was only 12, sparing only Sasuke. He is currently a member of an association - Akatsuki; a group consisting of S-class missing nins. Till now, his purpose of the Uchiha massacre and working under Akatsuki is still unknown.

Itachi is normally seen working with Hoshigaki Kisame. He made his first appearance with said partner in episode 80, gathering information on Naruto.

In the past, we have witnessed his caring side towards Sasuke and there are people who suspect that he turned cold due to the stress his father and his clan gave him. As a genius, he mastered Sharingan at the age of 8 and joined the Anbu at the age of 12. He was seen as the bridge between Konoha and the Uchiha clan. Still, informations on the Uchiha clan's purpose has yet been revealed.
